Itenary Details
Day 1
Start the road trip from Delhi to Nainital
Start with the early morning 7-hour road trip from Delhi around 6 am and reach Nainital at around 1 pm. Check into the hotel after arrival and relax, freshen up and have your lunch. Explore the mall road in the city and other local markets. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
Explore the City of Nainital
The next day is all about sight-seeing all the lakes of the city like Eagle Lake, Ram Lake, Hanuman Lake, Naldamyanti Lake, Sita Lake, Laxman Lake, Bharat Lake, and more. Have a lunch break while exploring. Return to the hotel by late evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3
Move to Kausani via Almora
Have breakfast early morning at the hotel and then check out to go on a road trip to Kausani following the Almora route. Check into the hotel and relax, freshen up and spend the day in the hotel or explore the vicinity. Spend the night at the hotel and have dinner there itself
Day 4
Sight-Seeing Kausani
Have a lazy morning breakfast the next day and step out to explore the city of Kausani. Explore the hilly area and lunch at the amazing places. Return to the hotel by late evening to enjoy dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5
Drive to Ranikhet from Kausani
Post having an early morning breakfast the tour moves towards Ranikhet. The road trip is really beautiful and you will cross some awesome scenic views while reaching Ranikhet. The total distance of this trip is 60 km. You would take around 2 hours the most to cover this distance. Check into the hotel and spend the full day relaxing and exploring the vicinity.
Day 6
Exploring Ranikhet
Have a lazy morning breakfast at the hotel and step out to explore the famous places of the town like Bhalu Dham, Kalika temple, Golf Course, Jhula Devi temple and Chaubatia orchard. Enjoy the atmosphere of lush green trees and sight of Himalayan peaks. Return to the hotel early in the evening and enjoy overnight stay and dinner in the hotel.
Day 7
Return from Ranikhet to Delhi
The tour ends on the 7th day and after having breakfast, check out of the hotel and return back to Delhi. The total distance of this road trip is 390 km and would take around 9 hours. So, you have to start early in the morning around 8 am to reach Delhi around 5 pm.
